  • Email correspondence with a variety of people within the organisations in which I work.

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

  • Collection via online enquiry forms

  • Collection by email correspondence

  • Session notes taken during coaching sessions.

  • Information received to produce coaching contracts.

  • Completion of Evaluation Surveys.

  • Website analytics.

We may also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios:

  • Referrals received from organisations e.g., when providing coaching services to an organisation as a client, individuals may be referred.

  • References received from other facilitator and training organisations.

We use the information that you have given us to:

  • maintain accurate records of services received.

  • follow up on enquiries.

  • seek further information and clarifications.

  • record events applicable to the services provided.

  • evidence discussions held (e.g., coaching sessions)

  • make contact to request/provide support and/or services.

  • Assess the standard of our service we provide from a client and their organisation’s view.

Please note, when you access social media from our social media links, and icons such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram or You Tube, you should be clear that we hold no personal data on your use and that therefore you are adhering to their privacy policies and not ours

We may share some information with relevant and personally known business affiliates such as Associates, fellow trainers, subject matter experts where specialist support can be provided, organisational client stakeholders, subject to confidentiality clause].

The nature of our work means that at times we are given access to confidential client information. We respect your privacy and the confidential nature of the information you share with us. We appreciate that our ability to work together successfully depends on trust and your confidence that we will keep all such information confidential. So we do. We typically sign mutual confidentiality agreements with our clients to confirm that their proprietary plans, strategies and business information are protected.

How we store your personal information

Your information is securely stored.

  • We keep personal information generated by online enquiries, where there is no or little follow up interaction for 2yrs. We will then dispose your information by deletion.

  • We keep personal information generated by surveys for 2yrs. We will then dispose your information by deletion.

  • We keep correspondence with clients for 7years once the partnership has ceased or services have been delivered. We will then dispose your information by electronic archive.

  • We keep all coaching correspondence for 7 years in line with regulatory practice. We will then dispose your information by electronic archive.

Your right to rectification – You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
