My expertise is founded upon 20 years of operational leadership experience in the Facilities Management industry, working within the private sector, serving public sector organisations.
I have a deep passion for organisational and behavioural change. Simply put, when we break down the barriers of conflict, confusion or dysfunction, we can rebuild on foundations of unity, accountability and belief in the mission.

My wealth of experience in learning consultancy, training design, and delivery comes from my background in both the financial services and construction industries. I’m all about building strong, long-term relationships with my clients, really understanding their business needs, and helping my audience become enthusiastic and committed to developing their skills while leading healthy and fulfilling lives.

An experienced HR professional whose career began in branch banking, progressing into a variety of commercial roles before moving into HR. Within HR, learning and development was always my passion but in the last 10 years I worked in a variety of HR Director positions.
An empathetic and pragmatic leader who has designed and led significant transformational change with a key focus on learning and development. I love helping Leaders and Colleagues through culture change and upskilling teams to help them prepare for the future.
