Our Leadership Development Programme: helping leaders grow through two languages

Strong leadership takes time to grow. It needs space to reflect, the right support, and a clear sense of direction. Our bilingual Leadership Development Programme is designed to give people just that.
Created by our founder, Naomi Coleman, and the brilliant Dr Hanna Hopwood, this four-stage programme helps leaders at every level build confidence, think strategically, coach others, and stay resilient. Delivered in both Welsh and English, it reflects the culture of the organisations we work with and creates space for more inclusive and meaningful learning.
Four stages of leadership
Stage 1: Business Strategy
We begin by helping leaders take a step back and see the bigger picture. This stage focuses on aligning teams with wider goals and making more purposeful decisions. It’s like switching from street view to map view, helping leaders see how the smaller actions connect to the bigger picture.
Stage 2: Coaching
Coaching is a key part of modern leadership. In this stage, we build practical skills like active listening, giving feedback, and asking powerful questions. These are the conversations that shift team culture and unlock performance. It is about creating conditions for others to succeed, like planting the seeds in a healthy garden, so they can grow and thrive!
Stage 3: Inner strength training
This part of the programme supports self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and personal resilience. Leaders reflect on how they show up under pressure, and how to bring calm, clarity, and authenticity to their role. By building a stronger inner core and sense of resilience, they are better equipped to handle the demands of leading others – protecting their spark, so they can light the way for their team.
Stage 4: Sustaining success
This final stage focuses on maintaining momentum over time. We explore how to keep energy levels up, stay adaptable, and embed habits that support long-term impact.
Leaders leave our personalised programme with practical tools and clear strategies to stay effective, even when the pace picks up or the pressure is on.

Naomi Coleman
Our Founder Naomi Coleman specialises in business strategy, organisational change and executive coaching. With over 20 years’ experience in operational leadership within the facilities management sector – supporting public services from within the private sector – Naomi is also the creator of an award-winning leadership and cultural change programme. A highly experienced facilitator and motivator, she is passionate about helping organisations build strong foundations of unity, accountability, and a shared belief in their mission.
Dr Hanna Hopwood
Dr Hanna Hopwood supports leaders in developing inner strength that holds under pressure. Her work combines emotional clarity, grounded presence, and identity-led leadership to help teams move from surface communication to deep, strategic cohesion. She’s known for creating calm, not chaos, in the room, and for equipping leaders with the resilience and relational intelligence needed to lead with substance, not just style. For Hanna, language isn’t performance, its leadership in motion. Her belief? That the “impossible” starts to move the moment you do.
